City Recorder - Kathy Moosman

The City Recorder is appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council. The City Recorder is responsible for maintaining records of all public meeting minutes, agendas, ordinances, and resolutions, and responding requests for records. The City Recorder is also responsible for the City newsletter and website, as well as administering municipal elections.
