It is hereby given that the Lindon City Council will hold a special meeting at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2004 in the Lindon City Center, Conference Room, at 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following:

1. Preliminary Plat - Kings Court, Plat "B". This is a request by Bryce Nelson for approval of a subdivision plat amendment to Kings Court Subdivision, Plat "A", which will combine lots 8 and 9 into a one lot subdivision known as Kings Court, Plat "B", in the R1-20 zone located at 482 East 400 North. - 5 minutes.
