It is hereby given that the Lindon City Council will meet in an EXECUTIVE SESSION, beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 28, 2004, in the Lindon City Center Conference Room, at 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah.  The agenda will consist of the following:

BUSINESS

1.  Discussion - Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation.  The Mayor, City Council, and staff wil meet privately to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation against the city. - 90 minutes.
