NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment (Review times are estimates only.)
4. Conditional Use Permit – Timber Creek Cabinets Inc. – 315 S. 1250 W. (15 minutes)
This is a request by Alor Allred of Timber Creek Cabinets for approval of a cabinet & millwork manufacturing business in the LI zone. The facility will be located in Unit #1 of the Parcell Warehouse building.
5. Minor Subdivision – Old Station Square, Plat D - ~325 North State St. (15 minutes)
This is a request by BMA Construction & Development for approval of a one-lot subdivision plat located in the CG zone. A portion of the lot will consist of a previously vacated section of Lakeview Road.
6. Design Review – Double “A” Estates - ~500 N. 150 East (25 minutes)
This is a request by W. Carl Anderson for a design review of a proposed 4-lot subdivision in the R1-20 zone. Possible configuration of a deep lot (flag lot) as part of the subdivision will be discussed. No motion will be made on this item.
7. Design Review – Canberra Estates - ~450 N. 1200 E. (45 minutes)
This is a request by Oscar Rosales and Dave Ackley for a design review of a proposed major subdivision in the R1-12 zone on the former Mehlhoff property. Multiple development constraints will be discussed. No motion will be made on this item.
8. Discussion Item: LCC Title 18 (Sign Ordinance) (30 minutes)
This is a discussion item to consider possible changes to the Lindon City Sign Ordinance. Various changes including those for monument signs, banner signs, and temporary sign time limits will be discussed. No official motion will be made. Suggested changes will be brought back to the Planning Commission as part of a future Public Hearing.
