NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

3. Public Comment (Review times are estimates only.)


4. Continued Item - Site Plan: Experience Dental Lab - 239 North 290 West (25 minutes)
This item was continued from the June 27th Planning Commission meeting and is a request by BMA Construction for approval of a site plan for a proposed 4,300 sq/ft dental lab in the CG zone – within the Old Station Square commercial subdivision.

5. Site Plan: Beesmark Office building – 195 North 290 West (35 minutes)
This is a request by BMA Construction for review and possible approval of a site plan for a multi-unit, two-story office complex in the CG zone – within the Old Station Square commercial subdivision.

6. Public Hearing: Minor Subdivision - Blackhurst Farms – Approx. 140 South 400 West (30 minutes)
This is a request by Brook Blackhurst for approval of a 2-lot minor subdivision in the R1-20 residential zone. The proposed lots will be accessed from a new roadway and cul-de-sac that will connect to 400 West. Both lots will meet the 20,000 sq/ft minimum lot size.

7. Public Hearing: Minor Subdivision – KDM Subdivision - Approx. 180 South 1800 West (15 minutes)
This is a request by Karl Kunz for approval of a 3-lot industrial subdivision in the LI zone. Each lot will meet the 1-acre minimum lot size and will be accessed off of 1800 West.

8. Site Plan / Conditional Use Permit: Kunzkraft – Approx. 180 South 1800 West (30 minutes)
This is a request by Karl Kunz for approval of a wood pellet manufacturing facility in the LI zone. The site will consist of a new office and production building and will have a fenced outdoor storage area for product materials.

9. Site Plan / Conditional Use Permit: Mickelson Diesel – Approx. 190 South 1800 West (30 minutes)
This is a request by Jeff Mickelson for approval of a diesel repair business in the LI zone. The site will consist of a new office & garage with several repair bays and will also have a large storage yard for vehicles that frequent the site.
