NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Conditional Use Permit – Pinnacle Learning Centers – 383 West Lake View Rd. (30 minutes)
This is a request by Joseph Nielsen to establish a private school that is oriented towards instruction of home schooled children ages 6 to 17. Class instruction is typically 1 to 4 hours and no ‘outdoor recess’ time is proposed as part of the facility. The applicant anticipates that 10 to 50 children may attend the facility throughout the day. Private primary & secondary schools require a conditional use permit in the R1-20 residential zone.

5. Minor Subdivision – Westlind Industrial Park Plat C – Approximately 125 South 1550 West. (10 minutes)
This is a request by John Pappas of Roofers Supply for approval of a one lot minor subdivision in the LI zone. This request will consist of a re-plat of Lot 16 of the Westlind Industrial Park Plat B. A recommendation by the Planning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final approval.

6. Site Plan – Roofers Supply building addition – Approximately 125 South 1550 West (25 minutes)
This is a request by Roofers Supply for approval of a new building addition and site plan expansion in the LI zone. The new building will be attached to the existing Roofers Supply structure and be used for storage and warehousing of roofing materials and related supplies.
