NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 25, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Conditional Use Permit – Empanada Company, Inc. – 321 S. 1250 W. (15 minutes)
This is a request by Adrian Escalante for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a small food production business in the LI zone. The applicant will be preparing and assembling fruit & meat-filled empanadas for wholesale distribution. No on-site retail sales are proposed. The business will be occupying unit #3 of the Lindon Harbor Industrial Park office/warehouse facility.
5. Site Plan – Bowling Alley Renovation / Linden Nursery – 531 North State (45 minutes)
This is a request by Ben Platt for approval of a site plan consisting of the renovation of the existing ‘Superbowl’ building. The facility will be renovated to consist of four smaller retail units facing State Street and a fifth unit used for warehousing and additional retail space for the neighboring Linden Nursery business. The site will be required to come into conformance with all existing codes and ordinances for the CG zone.
