NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment (Review times are estimates only.)
4. Public Hearing: Minor Subdivision – Johnson’s Home Plat B 160 W. 200 S. (15 minutes)
This is a request by Marion Johnson for approval of a two-lot minor subdivision located in the R1-20 zone. Mr. Johnson is requesting to subdivide his property in to two lots. Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be made to the City Council for final approval.
5. Public Hearing: Ordinance amendments – LCC 18.03.030 Specific regulations by sign type – Pole Signs (45 minutes)
This is a request by Dave Tuomisto of Timpanogos Harley Davidson for a proposed ordinance change to the Pole Signs section of the Sign Ordinance (specific regulations by sign type). The applicant feels that larger signs for larger lots in the T-zone would be beneficial for big businesses that are competing with other similar signage along the freeway throughout the County. Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be made to the City Council for approval.
6. (Cont.) Public Hearing: Ordinance amendments – LCC Sections 17.18, 17.44.130, 17.45.070, 17.46.090, 17.46.100(1)(c), 17.47.050,17.48.020,17.50.090, and Appendix A (Standard Land Use Table) (20 minutes)
This is a City initiated review of proposed changes to Lindon City’s off-street parking ordinance, various parking standards, and parking references found in LCC Appendix A (Standard Land Use Table). Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be made to the City Council for final approval.
