NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

3. Public Comment (Review times are estimates only.)
4. Public Hearing: Major Subdivisions - Sweeten Subdivision – 40 S. 450 W. (35 minutes)
This is a request by Dustin Sweeten for approval of a revised subdivision layout located in the R1-20 zone. The original proposal called for 5 lots and an extended cud-de-sac on 450 West. The revised layout currently has 3 lots with the elimination of the extended cul-de-sac. Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be made to the City Council for final approval.
5. Site Plan: J.C. Landscaping Warehouse – 1475 W. 40 S. (20 minutes)
This is a request by James Christensen for approval of a Site Plan located in the L-I zone. The applicant is proposing to develop his vacant lot that currently is being used for storage. The proposed building will consist of a warehouse and office space. The site also includes landscaping, trash containment, gravel yard, and parking.
6. Site Plan: Wells Fargo (Lindon Wal-Mart lot# 8) 639 N. State St. (30 minutes)
This is a request by Brent Vincent for approval of a Site Plan located in the CG zone. Mr. Vincent applied to develop lot# 8 of the Lindon Wal-Mart Plat A Subdivision. The proposed occupant would be a two leveled Wells Fargo bank building that would consist of the main bank operations and some future office spaces.
7. Conditional Use Permit: Blast City – 224 & 228 S. 1060 W. (20 minutes)
This is a request by David Bailey for approval of a Conditional Use Permit located in the L-I zone. The applicant is proposing a sports performing center that provides various types of training. Currently, the Lindon City Standard Land Use Table requires that this use obtain a CUP in the L-I zone.
