NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Site Plan – Napa Auto Parts – 564 West 550 North (20 minutes)
This is a request by Adam Maher with Furst Construction for approval of a site plan for a two level 9,620 sq/ft building in the CG zone. The applicant’s proposal is to develop the Lindon Walmart lot# 6 with a building that would accommodate both a retail store and regional corporate offices. Mr. Maher’s plans indicate parking, access, ADA requirements, landscaping, and future development location.
5. Site Plan – Perimeter Storage & Sheds – 147 North Anderson Lane (30 minutes)
This is a request by Paul Ercanbrack for approval of a site plan for additional storage units in the LI zone. The applicant’s personal storage structures have been constructed on the site prior to receiving approval by the Planning Commission. Mr. Erchanbrack also has a 2,073 sq/ft storage building on the location, but that was originally approved and built in 2005.
