NOTICE OF MEETING
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Major Subdivision - C&C Marble Subdivision, Plat B – SE corner of 200 S. & Pioneer Ln. (20 minutes)
This request by David Burbidge for approval of a 4-lot subdivision in the LI zone was continued from the March 22nd Planning Commission meeting to allow further review of the site plan for the proposed lot #2.
5. Conditional Use Permit – Robin Wall Accessory Apartment – 545 East 400 North (20 minutes)
This is a review of a proposed accessory apartment in the R1-20 zone. Due to receipt of written concerns regarding the accessory apartment, this item requires review as a Conditional Use Permit by the Planning Commission.
6. Minor Subdivision – Lindon Business Park Phase III – Approx. 1550 W. 100 N. (15 minutes)
This is a request by Larry McColm for approval of a one-lot subdivision in the LI zone.
7. Site Plan – Lindon Business Park Phase III – Approx. 1550 W. 100 N. (25 minutes)
This is a request Larry McColm for approval of a new office / warehouse building in the LI zone.
8. Minor Subdivision – Dastrup Acres – 225 East 60 North (15 minutes)
Request by Bryson Bennett to subdivide an existing parcel into two residential lots in the R1-20 zone.
9. Zoning Ordinance Amendment, SLU Table #3210 – T L Custom Counter Tops (30 minutes)
This is a request by Tim Lunt of T L Custom Counter Tops to amend SLU Table #3210 to allow a granite counter top manufacturing business in the CG zone – specifically within the ‘AirStream Mechanical building’ located at approximately 810 North 2800 West.
10. Minor Subdivision Re-plat – Old Station Square, Plat B – 183 N. State Street (5 minutes)
This re-plat of lots 6 & 7 of the Old Station Square subdivision (CG zone) was initiated by Lindon City to accommodate a changed alignment of the Lindon Heritage Trail. No reduction in lot sizes will occur.
11. Public Hearing: Review of LCC Appendix A, Standard Land Use Table (45+ minutes)
City initiated review of the Standard Land Use Table for possible updates and/or changes to conditional uses, permitted uses, and non-permitted uses within all zones.
