NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Conditional Use Permit - Teton Industrial Construction, Inc. - 1820 West 200 South (25 minutes) This is a request by Teton Industrial Construction for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a contracting & construction company office, parking, & storage area. The site is in the LI zone just north of the power plant.

5. Public Hearing - continued: Review of LCC Appendix A, Standard Land Use Table (60+ minutes) City initiated review of the Standard Land Use Table for possible updates and/or changes to conditional uses, permitted uses, and non-permitted uses within all zones.

6. Work Session - Review of proposed Architectural Design Guidelines (30 minutes) Planning Commission will discuss proposed design standards for Commercial areas in Lindon.

7. Work Session - Planning Commission Training (20 minutes) Training session for Planning Commission rules & procedures.

 8. New Business (Reports by Commissioners)
