NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS

The Lindon City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes

3. Work Session - Review of Utah State Code - Land Use Development and Management Act (LUDMA). Discussion of updated guidelines for approval of variance applications. (20 minutes)

4. Variance to rear yard setback and accessory building height limit - Robert Hack property - 164 North 550 East
This is a request by Robert Hack for approval of an 11' 6" variance to the rear yard setback and a 3' 10" variance to the accessory building height limit in the R1-20 zone. The applicant has started construction of an accessory building that will not meet current setbacks or height regulations.
