NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 23, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Design Review - Liberty Land Fun Center - Approximately 400 N. 2500 W. (25 minutes)
This is a request for a design review for a future 5-acre amusement park with proposed miniature golf, arcades, rock climbing tower, go-carts, and other accessory amenities. The property is located in the CG zone. The City Council previously reviewed this item on August 15th.
5. Minor Subdivision - Francom Subdivision - Approximate location: NW corner of 600 N. 200 E. (25 minutes)
This is a request for approval of a 2-lot residential subdivision in the R1-20 zone.
6. Public Hearing: Review of Lindon City Commercial Design Guidelines (30 minutes)
This is a request by the Planning Commission to review the Commercial Design Guidelines and possibly recommend slight modifications of the document to the City Council.
