AMENDED NOTICE OF MEETING
FOR THE
LINDON CITY COUNCIL
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Council will hold a regularly scheduled meeting beginning with an Open House/Work Session at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 in the Lindon City Center, City Council Chambers, at 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following:
OPEN HOUSE/WORK SESSION - 6:00 P.M.
The Mayor and City Council will host an open house/work session for the UTOPIA project in Lindon. Representatives of UTOPIA and service providers will be present to explain the project status in Lindon and services which will be offered to Lindon citizens.
REGULAR SESSION - 7:00 P.M.

1. Public Hearing - Repeal of Section 5.40 of the Lindon City Code - Solicitors, Canvassers, and Peddlers (Ordinance # 2006-13). The City Council will hear public comment and possibly act to repeal Section 5.40 “Solicitors, Canvassers, and Peddlers” of the Lindon City Code. Brian Haws, city attorney, will present this item to the Council. - 30 minutes
