NOTICE OF MEETING
FOR THE
LINDON CITY COUNCIL
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Council will hold a regularly scheduled meeting beginning with a Work Session at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2005 in the Lindon City Center, City Council Chambers, at 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following:

Conducting: Jeff Acerson, Mayor
Pledge of Allegiance: By Invitation
Invocation: Eric Anthony

WORK SESSION - 6:OO P.M.

1. The Mayor and City Council will meet in a work session with staff to view a training DVD from URMMA.
2. At approximately 6:45 p.m., Deanne Taylor, representing the Pleasant Grove Regional Urban Design Assistance Team (RUDAT), will explain the origins and purposes of this organization as well as invite Lindon officials to participate in the planning stages with this committee.

REGULAR SESSION - 7:00 P.M.

MINUTES - The minutes of the regular meeting of November 15, 2005 will be reviewed.- 10 minutes
OPEN SESSION - Citizens comments - 10 minutes
MAYOR’S COMMENTS/REPORT - 5 minutes
CONSENT AGENDA - No Items

CURRENT BUSINESS

1. Public Hearing - Water Rates Amendment. (Resolution # 2005-21). The City Council will hear public comment and possibly act to approve a resolution which will change the city wide fee schedule by amending the water rates for the city. A professional water rate study has been completed which recommends some changes to the city’s water rates. - 30 minutes

2. Review and Action - Development Agreement. This is a request by staff and Fieldstone Homes Utah for the Council’s consideration of a proposed development agreement between Lindon City and Fieldstone Homes Utah in the R3 Overlay Zone. - 2 hours

3. Review and Action - Annual Meeting Schedule. The Annual Meeting Schedule for the calendar year 2006 will be presented for the City Council’s review and approval. The schedule includes meeting dates for the City Council, Planning Commission, Board of Adjustments, Redevelopment Agency, and Municipal Building Authority. - 5 minutes
