NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING


It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission and the Lindon City Council will hold a joint work session on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The work session will begin at 6:00 P.M. and will be for the purpose of reviewing the draft design guidelines for the State Street and 700 North commercial corridors.

Following the work session, the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. and the agenda will consist of the following items:

2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment

4. Minor Subdivision - Fryer Estates Plat A - Approx. 676 North Locust Ave. (25 minutes)
This is a request by Colby Fryer for approval of a 1-lot subdivision in the R1-20 zone.
5. Conditional Use Permit - High Torque Auto Performance - 57 S. Geneva Rd. (25 minutes)
This is a request by Mike McConkie for approval of a conditional use permit for an automobile repair business in the LI zone. The business will be within a leased building that is part of the Goldfield facility.
6. Conditional Use Permit - Terra Bella Inc. - 123 S. 1380 W. (15 minutes)
Request by Jeff Wirtz for approval of a conditional use permit for a stone & decorative rock wholesale yard in the LI zone. This business is currently under operation, but needs to obtain a CUP from the City.
7. Annual Review of Conditional Use Permit - Housing Authority of Utah County - 365 E. 400 N. (20 minutes)
Required annual review of existing group home facility in the R1-20 zone. The facility is currently permitted for up to three physically handicapped adults and associated day-time care takers.
8. Annual Review of Conditional Use Permit - Heritage Youth Services; Timpview Residential Treatment Center - 200 N. Anderson Lane (1400 West) (20 minutes)
Required annual review of existing juvenile group home facility in the LI zone. The facility is currently permitted for up to 12 youth and associated staff members.
9. Public Hearing - Continued: LCC Title 17, Section 17.32.320, Deep Lots - Ordinance revisions (30 minutes)
The Planning Commission will review, accept public comment, and possibly recommend approval of changes to the Deep Lot ordinance. Final recommendations will be forwarded to the City Council.
