NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 8, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment

4. Major Subdivision - Lindon Treasury Subdivision Plat A - Approx. 130 S. 100 W. (35 minutes)
This is a request by Ronald Hatfield for approval of a 13-lot subdivision in the R1-20 zone.
5. Site Plan - Molecular Biology - 200 N. 1800 W. (20 minutes)
This is a request by Molecular Biology (vitamin & nutritional supplement manufacturer) for approval of a site plan in the LI zone for construction of a new building for their manufacturing business.
6. Public Hearing - General Plan map change - property at approx. 1291 West Center St. (25 minutes)
Request by Paul Magleby and Boyd Jacobsen for approval of a General Plan Map change from Heavy Industrial to Light Industrial.
7. Public Hearing - Zone change - property at approx. 1291 West Center St. (10 minutes)
Request by Paul Magleby and Boyd Jacobsen for approval of a Zone change from Heavy Industrial (HI) to Light Industrial (LI).
8. Minor Subdivision - Magleby Plat A - approx. 1291 West Center St. (15 minutes)
Request by Paul Magleby for approval of a 2-lot minor subdivision in the industrial zone.
9. Public Hearing - Continued: LCC Title 17, Section 17.32.320, Deep Lots - Ordinance revisions (40 minutes)
The Planning Commission will review, accept public comment, and possibly recommend approval of changes to the Deep Lot ordinance. Further review of this item with the Planning Commission may be required. Final recommendations will be forwarded to the City Council.
