NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 2005 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

3. Public Comment
4. Minor Subdivision - Dirker Farms Plat E - Approx. 231 E. 70 S. (30 minutes)
This is a request by Rick Murano for approval of a 2-lot subdivision in the R1-20 zone.
5. Minor Subdivision - SJSC Plat A, - 2995 West 600 North (10 minutes)
This is a request by Steve Miner for approval of a 1-lot minor subdivision in the CG zone. This plat is required due to necessary road dedication on 600 North.
6. Minor Subdivision - Southcreek Plat A - Approx. 1470 West 200 South (20 minutes)
Request by Scott Mitchell & Mike Dunn for approval of a 2-lot minor subdivision in the LI zone.
7. Major Subdivision - Lindon Warehouse Condominium Plat - 321 S. 1250 W. (15 minutes)
This is a request by Professional Office Rentals, LLC for approval of a 15-unit condominium plat for the previously approved ‘Parcel Warehouse’ building in the LI zone.
8. Minor Subdivision - Carter Subdivision - Approx. 111 South 500 East (20 minutes)
Request for approval of 2-lot subdivision in the R1-20 zone.
9. Public Hearing: LCC Title 18, Section 18.03.030 - Sign Ordinance revisions (40 minutes)
The Planning Commission will review, accept public comment, and possibly approve minor changes to the sign ordinance. Flag poles, temporary banner signs, and pole signs will be discussed.
10. Continued Public Hearing: Review of proposed 2006-2010 General Plan updates (60+ minutes)
This hearing was continued from the December meeting. The Planning Commission will review and accept public comment on proposed changes to the 2006-2010 Lindon City General Plan. Recommendations will be forwarded to the City Council.
