NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment
4. Minor Subdivision - Lindon Harbor Industrial Park Plat D - 1280 W. 300 S. (10 minutes)
This is a request by Pacific Asphalt Marketing, Inc. for approval of a 2-lot subdivision in the LI zone.
5. Conditional Use Permit - Mars Armament, Inc. - 39 N. 1400 W. (20 minutes)
This is a request by Mars Armament, Inc. for approval of a CUP to allow for a machining business for small firearms and some on-site sales of firearms in the LI zone.
6. Design Review - R&R Land & Properties - property near the SW corner of 135 W. 400 N. (30 minutes)
Request by ReNae Brereton & Bill Fairbanks for design review of potential 4-lot subdivision and R2 Overlay multi-family housing project in the R1-20 zone.
7. Amended Conditional Use Permit - Indian Oil Company - 1155 W. 135 S. (30 minutes)
This is a request by Indian Oil Co. to amend their existing CUP (currently permitted for used motor oil recycling) to allow for production of bio-diesel (recycled & processed vegetable oils) in the LI zone.
8. Conditional Use Permit - DCD Recycle (Dunn Construction) - Approx. 300 S. 1470 W. (25 minutes)
Request for approval of an asphalt & concrete recycling operation in the LI zone.
9. Conditional Use Permit - Rock Solid - 105 S. 1380 W. (15 minutes)
Request for approval of a granite counter top manufacturing business in the LI zone.
10. Public Hearing: LCC Chapter 17.52, T-Travel Influence District (T-zone) - Ordinance revisions (20 minutes)
The Planning Commission will review, accept public comment, and possibly recommend approval of minor changes to the T-zone ordinance. Recommendations will be forwarded to the City Council.
11. Public Hearing: LCC Title 17, Chapter 17.61 (as referenced in Chapter 8.30), Sexually Oriented Businesses - Ordinance revisions (20 minutes)
The Planning Commission will review, accept public comment, and possibly recommend approval of minor changes to the Sexually Oriented Business ordinance. Recommendations will be forwarded to the City Council.
12. Public Hearing: LCC Title 17, Section 17.32.320, Deep Lots - Ordinance revisions (40 minutes)
The Planning Commission will review, accept public comment, and possibly recommend approval of changes to the Deep Lot ordinance. Further review of this item with the Planning Commission may be required. Final recommendations will be forwarded to the City Council.
