NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Site Plan - Lindon Care & Training Center - 680 North State Street (30 minutes)
This is a request for approval of site plan for a new office building to be constructed adjacent to the Lindon Care & Training Center facility. The building will be used for administrative purposes only and will not increase the number of beds / tenants in the facility. The site is in the CG zone.
5. Major Subdivision - Canyon Breeze subdivision - Approximately 150 South 630 East (25 minutes)
This is a request by Joe McCord & Ronald Whiteley for approval of a 4-lot residential subdivision in the R1-20 zone. The subject property is located just east of Pioneer Park.
6. Conditional Use Permit - Diamond Glass of Lindon - 159 South State Street (20 minutes)
This is a request by Emery Enterprises, LLC for approval of an auto glass repair business in the CG zone. The existing building previously housed an ATV / auto dealership.
