NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Major Subdivision - Mt. Hollow Estates Subdivision Plat A & B - Approx. 215 N. Main St. (35 minutes)
This item was continued from the May 24, 2006 Planning Commission meeting. This is a request by Mike Pierce for preliminary approval of a 12-lot residential subdivision in the R1-20 zone. The applicant has requested approval of the first 10-lots as part of phase 1, and the remaining 2-lots to be approved as a phase 2 subdivision plat.
5. Site Plan - Miller Used Cars of Lindon - Approx. 540 S. Lindon Park Drive (next to Mercedes-Benz of Lindon)(50 minutes)
This is a request for approval of a site plan for a new Larry H. Miller used car dealership in the PC-2 zone.
6. Minor Subdivision - Miller Used Cars of Lindon - Approx. 540 S. Lindon Park Drive (10 minutes)
This is a request for approval of a 3-lot commercial subdivision in the PC-1 & PC-2 zones.
7. Design Review - Timpanogos Harley-Davidson - Corner of 600 South & Geneva Rd. (25 minutes)
This is a request for a design review for a future motorcycle dealership in the CG zone. This site currently consists of the vacant gas station just west of the southern Lindon freeway on-ramp.
8. Site Plan - Robert Wernli property - 154 South 1800 West (20 minutes)
This is a request for approval of a site plan for placement of a temporary storage container and fenced in storage area for machinery & equipment until owner is able to construct a permanent building in the LI zone.
9. Public Hearing: Lindon City Commercial Design Guidelines (45 minutes)
The Planning Commission will review and take public comment on the proposed Commercial Design Guidelines for all commercial areas within Lindon City. Any recommendations by the Planning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final approval.
