NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment

4. Conditional Use Permit - Fine Line Footing Forms, Inc. & Taylor Products - 973 W. 240 N. (15 minutes)
This is a request for approval of a conditional use permit for a light manufacturing / assembly business producing aluminum footing forms (Fine Line Footing Forms, Inc.) and a bathroom accessories supply warehouse (Taylor Products). Both businesses are proposing to operate from the same building within the LI zone.

5. Site Plan - Intermountain Fireplace - 460 N. State Street (25 minutes)
This is a request by Ray Tuckett for approval of a site plan for a new retail office & show room and associated outdoor product storage facility for a fireplace distribution / contracting company in the CG zone.

6. Conditional Use Permit - The Pointe Academy (dance studio) - 55 N. 1400 W. (25 minutes)
This is a request by Derryl Yeager & Lance Schiffman for approval of a conditional use permit to allow a ballet & dance studio in the LI zone. The building site is the former indoor pistol range adjacent to the freeway.

7. Continued Item: Major Subdivision - Creekside Meadows Plat A - Approx. 50 acres at the intersection of the future 500 N. & 1700 W. (60+ minutes)
The review of this application was continued from the May 24, 2006 Planning Commission meeting. This is a request by Fieldstone Homes Utah, LLC for preliminary approval of a 124-lot subdivision in the R-3 Overlay zone. All homes in this section of the development will be single-family residential dwellings.

8. Public Hearing - continued: Review of LCC Appendix A, Standard Land Use Table (45+ minutes)
City initiated review of the Standard Land Use Table for possible updates and/or changes to conditional uses, permitted uses, and non-permitted uses within all zones.
