It is hereby given that the Lindon City Council will hold a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 2006 in the Lindon City Center, City Council Chambers, at 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following:

CURRENT BUSINESS
1. Preliminary Plat - Creekside Meadows, Residential Subdivision, Plat “A”. This is a request by Fieldstone Homes Utah, LLC for preliminary subdivision approval of Creekside Meadows Residential Subdivision, Plat “A”, 124 lots, in the R3 Overlay zone at 500 North 1700 West. The Planning Commission recommended approval with conditions. - 60 minutes
2. Review and Action - Street Pedestrian Improvements Policy. This is a request by staff for direction from the City Council regarding a policy for evaluating pedestrian improvements to existing city streets relative to an evaluation matrix prepared by the City Engineer. - 60 minutes3. Public Hearing - Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2006-2007 (Resolution #2006-15). The City Council will hear public comment concerning the final city budget for fiscal year 2006-2007, including the allocation of revenue from the water, sewer, and other enterprise funds to the general fund. One public hearing, a public work session and one Budget Committee meeting have been held where the budget issues were discussed. Tonight, the Council will receive public comment and act to approve the budget for fiscal year 2006-2007, amend the budget for fiscal year 2005-2006, set the certified property tax rate for 2006-2007, approve an agreement for services between the RDA and the City, and adopt the city wide fee schedule. - 45 minutes

4. Public Hearing - Ordinance Amending Chapter 13.23 of the Lindon City Code - Storm Drainage (Ordinance #2006-9). The City Council will hear public comment and possibly act to approve an ordinance which will amend Chapter 13.23 relating to Storm Drainage requirements within the city. This item was continued from the June 6, 2006 meeting. - 30 minutes
5. Review and Action - Utah Auto Sales Business Signs. This is a request by Kevin Gallagher, owner of Utah Auto Sales, for a discussion and for clarification of the Council’s direction concerning the signs on the east lot of his business. - 30 minutes
6. Review and Action - Resolution of Intent to Review the Group Homes and Care Facilities Ordinances (Resolution #2006-16). This is a request by staff for Council’s consideration of a resolution which would declare the city’s intent to review Section 17.70 and Section 17.72 of the Lindon City Code relating to Group Homes and Care Facilities in accordance with the LUDMA requirements of the State of Utah. - 10 minutes
7. Review and Action - Bid Award - Squaw Hollow Debris Basin Park. This is a request by staff for the Council’s consideration of a change in the bid award for the construction of the Squaw Hollow Debris Basin Park. The original award went to RB Construction and Concrete. This firm has now requested to withdraw from the project due to unforeseen delays. The second low bidder was Chad Broderick Construction. Staff requested an updated bid from this firm and recommends awarding the bid to Chad Broderick Construction in the amount of $188,922.12. - 10 minutes
