NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment (Review times are estimates only.)

4. Public Hearing: General Plan Amendment (Lindon City Street Master Plan Map) – Request to vacate a portion of Main Street (60 minutes)
This is a request by Ron Hatfield for the City to consider vacating and permanently closing a portion of Main Street between approximately 125 South and 200 South. The applicant proposes to close the north portion of the roadway where it intersects with State Street and then construct a new cul-de-sac which would be located near the rear entrance of the Well Fargo Bank. Any recommendation by the Planning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final review and consideration.

5. Public Hearing: Minor Subdivision – Joyner Business Park, Plat F – Approx. 460 North Geneva Rd. (15 minutes)
This is a request by Knight West Construction, Inc. for approval of a two lot subdivision plat in the LI zone. This request will correct previous platting errors and will facilitate the ability for the applicant to construct a new building on proposed Lot # 2.

6. Site Plan: Joyner Business Park – Approx. 460 North Geneva Road (25 minutes)
This is a request by Knight West Construction, Inc. for approval of a site plan for a new 9,000 sq/ft office / warehouse building in the LI zone within the existing Joyner Business Park off of Geneva Road.

7. Site Plan: Newberry Business Park – Approx. 1500 West 500 North (30 minutes)
This is a request by Dyreng West, LLC for approval of a 13-unit office / warehouse facility in the LI zone. This site is located off of 500 North adjacent and to the east of the Creekside Meadows Retirement subdivision.

8. Public Hearing: Major Subdivision – Newberry Business Park – Approx. 1500 West 500 North (15 minutes)
This is a request by Dyreng West, LLC for approval of a Planned Unit Development in the LI zone which consists of one primary lot with 13 individual units that are part of the office / warehouse building proposed on the site.

9. Public Hearing: Old Station Square Plat E – Approx. 239 North 290 West (15 minutes)
This is a City initiated request for approval of a re-plat of lots 1, 2, & 3 of Old Station Square, Plat A in order to accommodate a shift in the Lindon Heritage Trail alignment through these lots. The trail will be shifted approximately 10 feet to the east and the lots will become Old Station Square, Plat E, Lots 15, 16, & 17 with Lot 18 to be conveyed to adjacent property owners as a remnant parcel.

10. Site Plan: BMA Construction – Proposed dental office at 239 North 290 West (30 minutes)
This is a request by BMA Construction for approval of a site plan for a proposed 4,300 sq/ft dental lab in the CG zone – within the Old Station Square commercial subdivision.
