NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Conditional Use Permit - The Pointe Academy (dance studio) - 55 N. 1400 W. (25 minutes)
This item was continued from the June 14, 2006 Planning Commission meeting. The request by Derryl Yeager & Lance Schiffman is for approval of a conditional use permit to allow a ballet & dance studio in the LI zone. The building site is the former indoor pistol range adjacent to the freeway.
5. Site Plan - Lindon West Office Warehouse, Phase 2 - 96 N. 1800 W. (20 minutes)
This is a request by Jerry Carroll for approval of a site plan for a new office / warehouse building in the LI zone. The project will be a mirror image of the existing adjacent structure at 122 North 1800 West.
6. Minor subdivision - Lindon West Office Warehouse Condominiums, Phase 2 - 96 N. 1800 W. (5 minutes)
This is a request by Jerry Carroll for approval of a subdivision to allow the creation of individual office / warehouse units into condominium units. The project will be a mirror image of the existing adjacent structure at 122 North 1800 West.
7. Site Plan - Wasatch Pointe Business Park, Phase 2 - 133 S. 1380 W. & 1374 W. 200 S. (30 minutes)
This is a request by Summit Development & Management for approval of a site plan for the construction of two new office / warehouse buildings on lots 3 & 4 of the Jacobson Commercial Subdivision, Plat D. (Northeast corner of 1380 West 200 South) The property is within the LI zone.
8. Public Hearing - continued: Review of LCC Appendix A, Standard Land Use Table (60+ minutes)
City initiated review of the Standard Land Use Table for possible updates and/or changes to conditional uses, permitted uses, and non-permitted uses within all zones.
