NOTICE OF MEETING
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment
4. Review of site plan – Lee Homestead Town homes – 170 N. 400 W. (15 minutes)
Request by Joy Lee for review of a previous Planning Commission condition requiring construction of a fence on the south property line of the Lee Homestead Town Homes site plan in the R1-20 zone.
5. Conditional Use Permit – Seating Innovations, LLC – 1457 W. 40 S. (15 minutes)
This is a request by Brad Moss of Seating Innovations for approval of a furniture manufacturing business within the LI zone. Some wholesale & retail activities may also be associated with the business.
6. Conditional Use Permit –Out of the Woods (boom truck / crane service)– NW corner of 20 S. 1550 W. (20 minutes)
This is a request by Shauna Woods for approval of a staging area for a boom truck business in the LI zone. The applicants are requesting approval to park the trucks, but are not proposing any new on-site facilities.
7. Major Subdivision - C&C Marble Subdivision, Plat B – SE corner of 200 S. & Pioneer Ln. (30 minutes)
This is a request by David Burbidge for approval of a 4-lot subdivision in the LI zone.
8. Conditional Use Permit – T-Rock (landscaping supply company) – 232 North Geneva Road (25 minutes)
Request by Terry Larson to approve a landscaping supply business with associated U-Cart concrete facility in the LI zone. A small office building and product display bins will be on site.
9. Amended Site Plan – Olsen Enterprises (Mountain States Steel) – 325 S. Geneva Rd. (35 minutes)
Request by Olsen Enterprises to construct a new ‘blast building’ in association with the existing steel fabrication business in the LI zone.
10. Public Hearing: Review of LCC Appendix A, Standard Land Use Table (45+ minutes)
City initiated review of the Standard Land Use Table for possible updates and/or changes to conditional uses, permitted uses, and non-permitted uses within all zones.
