It is hereby given that the Lindon City Council will hold a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 in the Lindon City Center, City Council Chambers, at 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following:

CURRENT BUSINESS
1. Preliminary Plat - Fryer Estates, Plat “A”. This is a request by Colby Fryer for preliminary subdivision approval of Fryer Estates, Plat “A”, 1 lot, in the R1-20 zone at 676 North Locust Avenue. The Planning Commission recommended approval with one condition. - 15 minutes
2. Review and Action - Resolution - Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation for Annexation (#2006-9). This is a request by staff for Council’s consideration of a resolution to amend the Articles of Incorporation of Lindon City to reflect the annexation area on the city’s legal geographical boundary description. This completes the Steve Miner annexation process. - 10 minutes
3. Public Hearing - Continued - General Plan Review. This is the third of several public hearings concerning the update to the city’s General Plan. The next two sections of the General Plan are presented for this hearing, those being the Public Works section and the Parks and Trails section. The Planning Commission has previously reviewed the plan. - 60 minutes
