NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment
4. Major Subdivision - Homesteads at Coulson Cove, Plat A - Approx. 650 North 600 East (30 minutes)
This is a request by Steve Phelon for approval of an 18-lot residential subdivision in the R1-12 zone.
5. Public Hearing - Continued: LCC Title 17, Section 17.32.320, Deep Lots - Ordinance revisions (15 minutes)
The Planning Commission will review, accept public comment, and possibly recommend approval of changes to the Deep Lot ordinance. Final recommendations will be forwarded to the City Council.
6. Public Hearing - Ordinance revisions to LCC Section 17.48.100(2) (PC-1 Zone) & creation of PC-2 zone (30 minutes)
City initiated ordinance revision to create a new PC-2 commercial zone located to the west of the Mercedes-Benz of Lindon auto dealership at approximately 530 South Lindon Park Drive.
7. Work Session - Review of Lindon City Standard Land Use Table. (40 minutes)
City initiated review of SLU Table to determine any needed changes to permitted, conditional, and non-permitted uses within all zones of the City. Public Hearing for this item will be March 22, 2006.
8. Work Session - Annual Planning Commission Training (30 minutes)
Training session, and annual review of Planning Commission rules & procedures.
9. New Business (Reports by Commissioners)
