NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Minor Subdivision - Lindon Business Park Phase III - 1550 West 88 North (20 minutes)
This item was continued from the April 12, 2006 Planning Commission meeting. This is a request by Larry McColm for approval of a one-lot subdivision plat in the LI zone.
5. Site Plan - Lindon Business Park Phase III - 1550 West 88 North (30 minutes)
This item was continued from the April 12, 2006 Planning Commission meeting. This is a request by Larry McColm for approval of a 77,000 sq/ft office / warehouse building in the LI zone.
6. Zone Change - TL Custom Counter Tops - Approx. 800 N. 2800 W. (30 minutes)
This is a request by TL Custom Counter Tops to change the zoning of two properties consisting of the AirStream Mechanical building & the Barnes Bullets properties from the General Commercial (CG) to the Mixed Commercial (MC) zone.7. Public Hearing - Review of proposed Design Guidelines for Commercial properties (45 minutes)
Planning Commission will discuss proposed design standards for Commercial areas in Lindon. The Commission may make recommendations to the City Council for adoption of the document.
8. Public Hearing - continued: Review of LCC Appendix A, Standard Land Use Table (45+ minutes)
City initiated review of the Standard Land Use Table for possible updates and/or changes to conditional uses, permitted uses, and non-permitted uses within all zones.
