NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. Conditional Use Permit - TL Custom Counter Tops - 806 N. 2800 W. (15 minutes)
This is a request for approval of an indoor granite counter top manufacturing business in the MC zone.
5. Minor Subdivision (Re-plat) - Jeff Anderson Plat A - 60 S. Denali Circle (15 minutes)
This is a request for preliminary approval of a re-plat of Canberra Heights Plat C, Lot 10 in the R1-20 zone.
6. Major Subdivision - Mt. Hollow Plat A - Approx. 215 N. Main St.(immediately north of City Center Park)(45 minutes)
This is a request by Mike Pierce for preliminary approval of an 12-lot subdivision in the R1-20 zone.

7. Major Subdivision - Creekside Meadows Plat A - Approx. 50 acres at the intersection of the future 500 N. & 1700 W.
This is a request by Fieldstone Homes Utah, LLC for preliminary approval of a 124-lot subdivision in the R-3 Overlay zone. All homes in this section of the development will be single-family residential dwellings.
8. Public Hearing - continued: Review of LCC Appendix A, Standard Land Use Table (45+ minutes)
City initiated review of the Standard Land Use Table for possible updates and/or changes to conditional uses, permitted uses, and non-permitted uses within all zones.
