The Planning Commission is regulated primarily by Utah State and Lindon City Code, and works to promote orderly development within the community. Items referred to the Planning Commission for recommendatin to the Ctiy Council include general plan amendments, rezoning, annexations, and subdivisions. The Planning Commission approves conditional use permits and site plans for commercial and industrial development.
The Planning Commission holds regular meetings on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Lindon City Center, City Council Chambers, 100 North State Street. |
