NOTICE OF MEETING
FOR THE
LINDON CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Redevelopment Agency will hold a regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at approximately 8:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, August 1, 2006, in the Lindon City Center, City Council Chambers at 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following:

MINUTES - The minutes of June 20/21, 2006 will be reviewed. - 5 minutes
BUSINESS
1. Review and Action - Site Plan - Miller Used Cars of Lindon. This is a request by Larry H. Miller, Miller Family Real Estate, LLC for site plan approval of Miller Used Cars of Lindon in the PC-1 and PC-2 zones at approximately 540 South Lindon Park Drive. The Planning Commission recommended approval with conditions. The Lindon City Redevelopment Agency has the authority for site plan approval in this Redevelopment Project Area. - 20 minutes
Adjourn and Convene the Lindon City Council
The Lindon City Redevelopment Agency, in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance.
