Section 5.44.010 Unlawful--Exception. It is unlawful for any person to engage in or carry on any business, profession, trade, vocation or avocation on any street, alley or sidewalk or in or from any automobile, vehicle, stand or structure located in or upon the streets, alleys or sidewalks of the city; provided, however, this chapter shall not prohibit any business or occupation licensed or permitted under the ordinances of the city.
