Parks & Recreation is now on Twitter!

  • Lindon City Parks & Recreation is now on Twitter! To get updates on your smart phone, simply send a text message to the number 40404 and put into the message text ‘Follow Lindonparksrec’ (needs to be typed exactly) to receive information in regards to activities, sports updates, information, new programs, sign-up dates and alerts.
  • Once you have done this you will receive a text message verifying that you are following ‘Lindonparksrec’ on Twitter (You do not need a Twitter account to receive the updates!!!). From that point forward you will receive alerts via text message to your phone that will quickly inform you of important information. This program is a great asset to have and it is extremely convenient.
  • (Note: If you do not want to receive updates you can easily stop receiving alerts by texting ‘STOP’ in reply to any of our alerts.)
