NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 28, 2004 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. New Business (Reports by Commissioners)

5. Lindon Harbor Lot 19 - 307 South 1250 West - Site Plan Application
This is a request for approval of a new storage building and outside storage area in the Light Industrial zone.

6. Just 4 Fun Auto and RV Sales - 1464 West 40 South - Temporary Conditional Use Permit
This is a request for approval of a temporary used RV and Auto Sales lot next to I-15.

7. Peterson Wood Works - 923 West 500 North - Site Plan Amendment
This is a request to amend the existing site plan to allow for a modification to the storm drainage system and for an additional access to 500 North.

8. Oak Canyon Town Homes - 727-757 East 200 South - Design Review of Subdivision Plat Amendment
This is a request for conceptual review of a design to change the existing apartments into town homes so they can be individually sold.

9. Westside Residential Master Plan
Staff will present new information on housing options and street scapes.

10. Planning Director Report
a. Election of Planning Commission Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for 2004
