OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday March 10th, 2004 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

4. New Business (Reports by Commissioners)

5. Lees Homestead - 190 N. 400 W. - R2 Overlay Conditional Use Permit
This is a request for approval of an R2 Overlay project consisting of 2 triplexes on a 1.4 acre parcel.

6. Peterson Woodworks - 923 W. 500 N. - Site Plan Amendment
This is a request to amend the site plan and allow for the creation of a second driveway across the existing landscaping.

7. Liston Complex - 240 N. 943 W.
This is a request for a design review in the Moutainview Industrial Park

8. All-American Gymnastics - 19 S. 1400 W.
This is a request for a design review of All-American Gymnastics facility in the LI Zone immediately east of I-15.

9. Noah's 24-hour Sports Complex
This is a request for a design review of Noah's 24-hour Sport's Center located on the future 700 North near the new I-15 Interchange.
