NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold
a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday
March 24th, 2004 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100
North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M.

This is a request for a two lot residential subdivision in the R1-12 Zone.
6. Mercedes-Benz
of Lindon - 500 South 600 West - Site Plan
This is a request for approval of a new Mercedes dealership next to the
Lexus of Lindon dealership.
7. Mercedes-Benz
of Lindon, Plat "A" - 500 South 600 West - Preliminary Subdivision
This is a request for a one lot subdivision to allow for the new Mercedes
dealership.
8. T - Mobile -
946 West Center Street - Conditional Use Permit (Mobile Telephone Relay
Tower)
This is a request for approval to locate a mobile phone tower on the Lindon
City Public Works site.
9. Peters Main Street
Subdivision, Plat "A" - 590 North Main Street - Preliminary
Subdivision
This is a request for a approval of a one lot subdivision in the R1-20
Zone.
10. - PUBLIC
HEARING - General Plan and Zoning Map Amendment - 100 North 1400 East
- R1-12 to RMU-E
This is a staff request to amend the Lindon City General Plan Map and
Zoning Map, changing approximately 51acres east of the Salt Lake Aqueduct
and north of Canberra Heights Subdivision from R1-12 to Recreation Mixed
Use - East (RMU-E).
