NOTICE OF MEETING

LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMIS SION
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday September 8, 2004 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Approval of Minutes
2. Public Comment
3. New Business (Reports by Commissioners)
4. Meadow Court - 234 North 400 East - Conditional Use Permit - R2 Overlay Project
This is a request for approval of a 6 unit multi-family housing project.
5. D.R. Stone Design - 208 North 2000 West - Site Plan Application
This is a request for approval of a business which makes cultured stone used on the exterior of homes
6. Lees Homestead Condos - 190 North 400 West - Preliminary Subdivision Application
This is a request to convert the already approved Lees Homestead apartments into condominiums.
7. Architectural Design Standards Discussion
The Planning Commission will discuss architectural design standards for State Street and the future 700 North.
8. Ordinance Amendment - 17.16. Non-Conforming Uses
The Planning Commission will review a new draft of the Nonconforming uses ordinance.
9. Planning Director Report
Adjourn
