NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2003 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Approval of Minutes
2. Public Comment
3. New Business (Reports by Commissioners)
4. Graphik - 1400 West Center Street - Design Review
This is a request for Planning Commission review of Site Plan design for a new building in the LI Zone.
5. Rimrock - 600 North State Street - Design Review
This is a request for Planning Commission review of a proposed second drive access on to 600 North for the existing project.
6. - PUBLIC HEARING - Utah Auto Sales - 10 N State Street - Expansion of Legal Nonconforming Use
This is a request for approval by Utah Auto Sales for a ½ acre expansion of their sales lot.
7. Ivory Homes - 148 South Denali Drive - Grading Plan
This is a request for approval of a grading plan for lot 4 of Canberra Heights and a request for approval of the building elevations.
8. Jacqueline's Ballet - 500 North 1030 West - Conditional Use Permit
This is a request for approval for of a Ballet school in the LI Zone.
9. Zoning Ordinance Amendments
A. 17.49. - Industrial Zones - Request to modify the architectural requirements for the LI Zone.
B. 17.68. - Reimbursement Fees - Request to update and modify reimbursement agreement requirements
10. West Side Housing Study - Discussion Item
The Planning Commission will discuss various housing and development options for areas around the new freeway offramp.
11. Planning Director's Report
a. Review of Planning Commission training materials
