NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 9, 2003 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

1. Approval of Minutes
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Public Comment
4. New Business (Reports by Commissioners)

5. Orchard Condos - 365 W 800 N - Preliminary Subdivision
This is a request to convert the existing Gren Apartments into condominiums.

6. Kings' Court - 330 N & 350 N 400 E - Preliminary Subdivision
This is a request to approve a preliminary subdivision for the Kings' Court Subdivision, Plat A.

7. Dave Thurgood - Secondary Water System
Mr. Thurgood will give a presentation to the Planning Commission on the City's secondary water system.

8. Recoupment of Costs for Improvements
This is a potential ordinance that will allow for recoupment of costs from private developers for public improvements paid for by the City which benefits private development projects.

9. Westside Residential Master Plan Discussion
A presentation will be given to the Planning Commission regarding some new ideas for housing and commercial development around the new I-15 interchange.

10. Planning Director Report
a. Vosar Grading Plan at Camberra Heights Plat B Lot 40
