NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
LINDON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
It is hereby given that the Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. The agenda will consist of the following items:

2. Approval of Minutes
3. Public Comment
4. Building Elevations approval for Jorge Valdizan commercial building - corner of 550 North and State Street.
This request is for approval of the building elevations for a commercial strip mall in the CG zone.
5. Conditional Use Permit - Paradise Pools - 35 N. 1400 W.
This request is for outdoor display of an upright swimming pool in the HI / T zone.
6. Design Review - Old Station Square, 9-lot commercial subdivision - near State Street & Lakeview Drive.
This is a request for comments on the proposed subdivision and Timp-Lake Trail location in the CG zone.
7. Conditional Use Permit - Harrison Transportation Truck Terminal - approx. 50 South 1550 West
This is a request for a trucking terminal with an associated warehouse / office in the LI zone.
8. Minor Subdivision - Westlind Commercial Condominiums (phase 2) - 1392 West 70 South
This is a request for a minor subdivision to allow converting an existing building into commercial condos.
9. Minor Subdivision - D and D subdivision - approx. 575 North State Street
This is a request for a 2-lot minor subdivision in the CG zone.
