RAPE AGGRESSION DEFENSE SYSTEMS FOR WOMEN

BASIC PHYSICAL DEFENSE

"To develop and enhance the options of self defense so they may become viable consideration to the woman who is attacked."

SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE, YOU CAN EXPECT -

To be mentally and physically challenged
To learn risk awareness, reduction and avoidance tactics that will decrease your chance of being assaulted
To learn self-defense skills that will expand your options should you ever be attacked.
You may choose non-participation in any aspect of the course at any time for any reason

Age Requirement -

Participants must be at least 14 years of age. A parents signature is required for participants age 14 to 17

Cost -

$ 15.00 per person to cover the cost of materials. You will receive a manual which is yours to keep.
