You can email the completed form to lipdrecords@lindoncity.org or take it to the Police Department Office, located at 100 N State St., Lower Level.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Call the Police Department at (801) 769-8600 with questions.

Alarm Permits


There is only a one time fee of $25.00 for an alarm application. If you have obtained an alarm permit with Lindon City after July 1st 2008 and need to make modifications to your original application, please use the alarm permit modification form. You can either drop that form off at Lindon City Police Department or mail it to our office and we will see that the changes get made. If you have lost your permit number tag, please contact us and we can issue a replacement. If you have any questions, please contact the police department at 801-769-8600.
