Court Schedule

Court is held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 A.M. Night court is held twice a month on the 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of each month at 5:30 P.M.. You may schedule an appointment with the court clerk at (801) 785-1971. The Judge is seen by appointment only. Please don’t be late. Court starts on time.

Most criminal violations require an appearance before the Judge

No Insurance or Driving on Suspension tickets require you to appear before the Judge - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY- Call the Court Clerk to Schedule an Appointment. (These fines are subject to change, at the discretion of the Judge).
