A Public hearing with the Planning Commission will held June 12th. The City Council will hear Plannning Commission recommendations in July. Keep checking the website for udated information. Lindon Park Drive Closure
Lindon City has received the following road closure information from UDOT. The intersection of Lindon Park Drive and 1600 North Orem (600 South Lindon), and the north-bound I-15 on-ramps will be closed for up to 30 days beginning April 23rd. Business access for Home Depot, the auto dealerships, tire stores, and the Canopy office park will be available from Geneva Road to 800 West, or from 400 West to 400 South (see attached map). Utah Valley Parade of HomesThe 2012 Utah Valley Parade of Homes will be happening June 8th to June 23rd.

Memorial Day Flag CeremonyOur own Veteran’s Memorial monument will honor the service of Lindon veterans and all service members who have been laid to rest in the Lindon City Cemetery, and Utah law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. Names of 28 veterans to be added to the monument will also be read at the ceremony. Come and join us and help pay tribute to these heroes! Click here for more information. Center Street Crossing Comment FormCenter Street Crossing Update: The following two issues are pending regarding the crossing:1. Property: The City will be meeting with property owners to discuss issues regarding the widening of Center Street. 2. License: The City has applied for the license to cross the Murdock Canal, but the Provo River Water Users has not yet issued the permit. Historical Commission OpeningThe Lindon City Historic Preservation Commission is seeking residents who are interested in serving as members of the Commission. The group oversees annual community events and works to identify, recognize, and preserve the history of Lindon City and its residents. Those with professional backgrounds in history, archeology, planning, or architecture are strongly encouraged to apply. If you are interested in volunteering as a member or have questions regarding the Commission, please submit an application form - or contact Adam Cowie at 801-785-7687.
Note: This is a "volunteer" position, hence unpaid.
