For water leaks occurring after-hours, please call our non-emergency dispatch number at 801-229-7070. Thank you.

*PLEASE NOTE: It usually takes a couple days after delivery to fill the City’s reservoirs, pipes and pressurize the city secondary system so that residents can access the water.

Even though we’ve had historic precipitation this year our State is technically still in a drought. Lindon City continues to encourage water conservation efforts. Please remember the city’s policy is that there shall be no outdoor watering with the secondary irrigation system between the hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm.  Studies have shown that 50% of water used during daytime hours is lost to evaporation. Watering on an every-3rd-day schedule is generally adequate for well-established lawns.  Please also try to turn off automatic sprinklers when it is raining.

More information about the city’s secondary water system, including the new secondary water metering program, can be found at this link: https://www.lindoncity.org/public-works---water-division.htm  If you have additional questions about the secondary water system, please contact our Public Works Department at 801-796-7954.
