The City Recorder is appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. The City Recorder is responsible for maintaining records of all public meeting minutes, agendas, ordinances, and resolutions, and responding to requests for records. The City Recorder is also responsible for the
City newsletter and
City website, as well as administering municipal
Elections. The City website provides access to
Public Notifications, including
City Council,
Planning Commission and
Committee Agendas and Meeting Minutes. Meeting Recordings and various other notifications including those listed above are also posted on the
State Public Notice Website.
